-the annual merit based increase is just a cost of living increase at three%. This keeps you from ever arriving at a comfortable living wage -leadership team failed upward and now control the visitor without the proper experience to run things correctly. They basically hire the new CEO'south likewise... -revolving door of CEO's and consistently failing to see company goals which just hourly employees will suffer from. -Hour isn't helpful to employees, actively protect the upper management from accountability: -I've heard a senior manager say that diversity in the workplace won't work because people don't work well together if they don't take anything in common -HR has protected male upper management subsequently making advances on female co-workers. -Social distancing efforts were ignored by upper management every bit they prioritized artful over safety. -Logistics decisions create constant shortages of packaging and other necessary products. Disorganized leadership, a healthy dose of cliques and playing favorites. Inability to have open business discussion nearly what is not working without leaders feeling hurt or upset. Non willing to take a real look at the organisation for improvements (which every company needs). As well the company claims to be open to variety but tends to hire the same type of people over and over.

Crawly benefits, inspiring co-workers, potent focus on coffee education for employees. I had a swell work / life balance while I was there. I worked with a smaller team who were and still are my closest friends, which made our piece of work days both fun and productive.
Cons
During my time at Stumptown in that location was a real lag in investing in infrastructure and systems to make my squad's processes more than streamlined. Sometimes it was difficult to felt respected and heard by upper management or co-workers in other departments.

I worked here for iii years: this company operates on gaslighting their employees. Having a work location downtown where employees are physically assaulted, and nix is done almost it, is unprofessional and inhumane. I offered solution-based suggestions, such as hiring a security guard. These were ignored. One of the employee responsibilities was to approach people with weapons to tell them to leave. When I asked for a transfer because the stress for my safe was affecting my mental wellness, I was reprimanded by the manager for using the company'southward Open up Door Policy.

Fractured and short-staffed sales team. Decisions are often made for sure channels of business that negatively disrupt, or actively work against, other channels of business. Lack of support from marketing, as in that location is no manager of marketing to provide back up / strategize for all channels of business organization.

...not enough growth opportunity to improve life, exclusionary at times, not great at managing especially when it comes to employee well-being, Oregon-based staff would come to LA and prove a scrap of tone-deaf behavior toward company growth in our urban center
